Best Western Plaza Hotel Wels

We only stayed for a night, as we were passing through Austria on the way to UK, but it was lovely. We had booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to put us in adjoining rooms. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were super comfy. They had mini-fridge, cups, kettle, coffee, TV, fan, nice towels, even pen and paper for notes. Check-in and check-out was pretty straightforward and the staff was kind and friendly. Honestly can't fault the place.

The main thing we found about this property is the staff support and the Location. The staff at reception are really helpful, especially we were seeing Mr. Christopher, who was always pleasant and running to meet the guest requests. He was attending the reception and also helping the other guests at side with requirements. He helped us to get the taxi in no time, also the receptionist at our check-in time (didnt get his name), he was also very helpful. Hotel facility is great and meeting our requirements. The location is the most advantage for us as it was connecting to all the main places like Visa office, Train station, bank, ATM etc.

A nice hotel in the center of Wels. Enough restaurants and bars in the area for a nice evening. The room was very clean and tidy. Very good beds and a nice spacious bathroom. We only stayed one night because we were passing through. But we will definitely come back a little longer to admire the beautiful city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking is possible under the hotel in a parking garage, the costs are € 8.50 per day. But maybe you can also park nearby for a different price or for free.

We spent there 1 night 'on route'. We needed a quiet place to sleep and the hotel gave us exactly that. Decent breakfast and option to use underground garage. The room had english channels and large bathroom

The location was good, right in the city centre. The room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean.
